STRATEGY PROVIDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY I understand that operating as a strategy provider on Profit Syndicate involves risks and responsibilities. I acknowledge and agree: 1. Past performance of my trading strategy does not guarantee future results for my subscribers or myself. 2. Profit Syndicate (operated by Crypto Melodies LLC) is a software platform that relays my trading signals to my subscribers' brokerage accounts. Profit Syndicate does not provide investment advice and does not review or endorse my strategy. 3. I am solely responsible for my own trading decisions and any losses I incur on my own account. 4. Release of Profit Syndicate liability. I release and hold harmless Profit Syndicate and Crypto Melodies LLC from any losses, damages, or claims arising from my use of this service. 5. Acknowledgment of subscriber waiver. I understand that subscribers to my strategy agree, at the time of their signup, not to hold me liable for their trading losses. I acknowledge that while this reduces my exposure, it does not eliminate the need for me to operate responsibly and in good faith. 6. I understand that setup fees are non-refundable and that monthly subscription fees are not refunded upon cancellation. 7. It is recommended that I consult with a licensed financial advisor and/or attorney before operating as a strategy provider. By typing my name below, I affirm I have read, understood, and agree to the above.
